Chamomile herbal tea

Chamomile is the most famous medicinal plant. Even today, its use is multifaceted. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, relieves spasms, helps with straining and accelerates healing. It is also indispensable for all nervous phenomena, irritability, hypersensitivity, inner restlessness, insomnia or just mental fatigue. Chamomile poultices relieve skin inflammations, heal wounds and burns, relieve pain, help with swelling, and alleviate inflammation of the conjunctiva. A cup of chamomile tea is wonderful right before bed, maybe with a teaspoon of honey and a lemon wedge.
