The blend consists of Assam (80%) and Ceylon tea, which make a strong morning brew. In East Frisia, the maritime region in the Southeast of Germany, long and grey winter days seem shorter when sweetened with a cup of tea. It is traditionally prepared by putting a cube of candy sugar on the bottom of a wider tea cup and pouring over a strong infusion. After that you add a spoon or two of cream without stirring. Enjoy watching the developing pattern in the cup and slowly sip this nutritious beverage. You can repeat the procedure until you have run out of tea and sugar.
