Product description
Even after the island Ceylon has been renamed Sri Lanka, the teas coming from this island, which looks like a single big tea garden, continue to use their colonial name. The most important estates are in central highlands, which climb to the altitude of above 2000m, where tea trees producing the famous Ceylon black tea are grown. The beverage is characterised by its amber colour, strong taste, and a rich, full aroma. Kenilworth estate lies in the Uva region in the eastern part of the island. This is a classical Ceylon tea with its characteristically elongated leaves with full aroma. Best served with milk.
