INTRODUCTION

www.cha.si is the online store managed by the company CHA LLC., provider of e-trade services, from here on referred to as provider. When registering in the system of CHA online store a customer is assigned his/her username, which corresponds to his/her email address and a password. The username and password explicitly define and connect user with the registered data. Upon completion of the registration customer becomes a user.

ORDERS

Provider will treat the submitted orders as final and irrevocable. In the case of an error or for other reasons a customer can revoke the order from the time of submitting the order and at the time of order processing notification. The order can be revoked by calling the number +386 1 4212440 and +386 1 2527010 or by sending an email to the address info@cha.si.  
Should the provider realize the order cannot be completed, it can be revoked prior to the time of order processing notification. The order is saved in electronic form on the server of the provider and it is available to the customer at any time through his/her user’s profile or on the premises of the provider during the working hours.

Received order

Upon submitting the order, a customer receives a confirmation email, which confirms the order has been successfully submitted and is being processed. Provider checks the order and availability of the products, and reserves the right to contact the customer on the provided phone number in case of ambiguities.

Shipped order

Provider prepares, packs and ships the order in the prescribed time limit and notifies the customer with an email.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE AND COMPLAINTS

Upon receiving the sent merchandise the customer is obliged to check the quantity and quality of the delivered products. Should the customer find the merchandise faulty or not delivered in conformity with the defined conditions, he/she is entitled to return the merchandise. You will be refunded within 15 days (fifteen) either on your account (providing you have specified your bank details in the return form) or by post. The process of your refund starts by your filling in the refund form available here.
We do not accept return shipments marked with “cash upon delivery”.
Upon return the merchandise must be unused, undamaged and sent back in original, undamaged packaging.
It is mandatory to enclose the original invoice to the returned merchandise.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices and offers in online store are valid on the day of order! We reserve the right to changes in case of errors on our site.
Should the price of an article change during the time of order processing the customer will be informed of this by the provider, who will do its best to offer the lowest possible price or to find a mutually acceptable and satisfying solution.
Prices are final in EUR and include the VAT.

The following payment methods are available:

  1. cash upon deliveryob prevzemu (Post Office of Slovenia charges for postal money orders) 
  2. pro-forma invoice (bank transfer)
  3. payment card or credit card (Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa, Karanta)

DELIVERY

Delivery of the purchased merchandise will be carried out by GLS delivery service or exceptionally by the Post Office of Slovenia, in the expected term of two working days. Long term experience of delivery services guarantee for a safe and fast delivery, as well as insurance of the goods in transit. Should there be any complaints we will together strive for a successful and swift resolution of the complaint.

We enable delivery to another address (specified when submitting the order). This is helpful when planning to surprise the recipient with a gift. In this case the order needs to be paid prior to the shipment of the merchandise.

Free delivery in Slovenia and for orders above 40,00 €.

Cost of delivery for goods in the value up to 40,00 € via Delivery Service GLS or Post Office of Slovenia.

The Post Office of Slovenia charges for money orders when paying in cash in the amount of 1,07% of the value or at least the minimum of 1.05Eur (equal to the price of paying the money order at the post office).

Right to privacy

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data. They will be used exclusively for sending information materials, offers, invoices, and other necessary communication. In no case will the user’s data be made available to a third party.

Liability release

It is in the best interest of the provider to guarantee adjourned and exact information available on its site. However, due to external circumstances, the articles features, their availability and price may change rapidly, thus preventing the provider from adjourning the information on its web pages. In such instances the provider will inform the customer of the undergone changes and will allow the order cancellation or a change of the ordered item.

OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

In compliance with legal norms, online stores do not recognize the authority of any out-of-court dispute settlement providers as competent for solving consumer disputes initiated on the basis of Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.

Seller enables online store on the area of the Republic of Slovenia and provides a link on its site to the platform for online settlement of consumer disputes.

The provided arrangement is based on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Decree (EU) no. 524/2013 of European Parliament and The Council on online settlement of consumer disputes and the change of the Decree (ES) no. 2016/2004 and the Directive 2009/22/ES.
